Technical Requirements

FollowMyHealth Universal Health Record is an HTML 5 web-based application.  It is best viewed in our supported browsers (Internet Explorer 8 and higher, modern versions of Firefox, Chrome, and Safari).  Other HTML 5 compliant browsers should display correctly as well.
