Hutch Clinic Employee Spotlight: Lisa Rodriguez
Lisa Rodriguez
Department: Contact Center
Role: Customer Service Representative
How long have you been with Hutch Clinic? 7 years
Why did you want to join the Hutch Clinic team? After a long 24 years of working in banking, I thought I would give it a go in the medical field. I knew I wanted to continue to help people, and I knew I could do that by being an advocate for patients of Hutch Clinic by working in the Contact Center. When I go home at the end of the day, I know I gave it my all to help the patients get appointments they need or messages to their doctors. To make a difference in someone's world, you don't have to be rich, talented, or perfect. You just have to be you and care.
What makes working at Hutch Clinic so special? There is such amazing staff in every expertise of the Clinic. I get to make calls to all sorts of departments throughout the day and talk to such amazing employees who make me smile, giggle, laugh, and cry (in a good way). I am absolutely blessed to work with such a wonderful team in the Contact Center. We strive everyday to make a difference and it shows with our diligence to go above and beyond for every single patient we come in contact with. The staff in the Contact Center are a T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More) and we ALL take pride in helping patients everyday.
