NEW** You now have the option to manage your healthcare information from multiple organizations using an application of your choice.

 In addition to using our patient portal, we now offer the use of other patient engagement applications to compile and manage your healthcare information in one area.  The first step in this process is to establish a FollowMyHealth account.  When subsequently requesting your health information from within one of the new patient engagement applications, your identity will be authenticated using your secure FMH account.  Currently, the only 3rd party application we are using is MyLinks.

To Set-Up a MyLinks® Account:
1. Have an established FollowMyHealth® Account
2. Set up a MyLinks® account at www.MyLinks.com and click the “Sign Up.”
3. Fill in all the information requested and a confirmation email will be sent to you to complete your registration.
**NOTE** MyLinks® currently only allows one profile per email address. A different email address will be required for each member of your family.
4. You’ll need your username and password for each FollowMyHealth® record you want to collect health data from.
5. Once you are logged-in, click “Gather Health Records.” Search for Hutchinson Clinic, and then click “Get Health Record.”
6. You will then be routed to the login page for FollowMyHealth®. Log in with your username and password from step two, and then click “Import” to transfer the data into your MyLinks® account.
7. Repeat steps 2-4 to add health data from other clinics or healthcare providers.

I don’t want to share my information with other apps?

•You can continue to use FollowMyHealth® without sharing your personal health information.

Is my health data protected if I share my information with other apps?

•Your health data that you chose to share with a compatible Healthcare app may no longer be subject to federal laws and regulations that apply to an individual’s protected health information.

Sharing your health information with a Healthcare app may become subject to further disclosure. By proceeding, it will allow the application access to your personal health information with different policies than Hutchinson Clinic and FollowMyHealth® . Please review Terms of Use and the vendor’s policies of the application you choose.

Who to contact for technical support?

•Hutchinson Clinic is just the provider of your health information and does not provide technical support for the 3rd party Healthcare app.

If you don’t see your healthcare app listed, and wish to have our Electronic Health Record vendor look into other patient engagement application options, please provide the name of the application and link it in an email to Allscripts Developer Program.
